Michael Morton grew up inside his father's restaurants. Since 1990, he and Jenna Morton have been building the rooms people go out to — nightclubs, lounges, and dining rooms, across three cities.
Morton Hospitality is the company they build in now: fewer rooms, chosen deliberately, each one exactly what it is. La Cave, ONE Steakhouse, and Nudo Italiano.
